We receive goods from one or many suppliers into our Guangdong warehouse, inspect, store, kit and re-pack them, apply FNSKU labels, polybags and carton marks to Amazon’s rules, and ship to FBA, your 3PL or direct to customers. Account setup takes 3–5 business days. Prepping in China costs a fraction of US or EU prep and removes the most common reason FBA shipments get refused.

Pricing

What it costs.

Prep is charged per unit and storage per cubic metre per month, quoted on your actual SKU list and volumes, and it is consistently a fraction of what the same work costs at a US or EU prep centre. Yes. FNSKU labelling, polybagging, bundling and carton marking are done in our Guangdong warehouse to Amazon’s current requirements, then shipped direct to the fulfilment centre you are assigned.
Each factory ships to our warehouse. We check each batch against its PO, store it, and combine everything into one sea or air shipment, which is usually cheaper and simpler than several small ones.
Yes, racked storage by SKU with regular inventory counts, so you can hold stock in China and send to FBA in the quantities Amazon will accept rather than paying long-term storage fees there.
Factories close for 2–4 weeks around late January to February. Holding prepped stock in our warehouse before the holiday is how our clients keep FBA in stock. See our Chinese New Year planning guide.
