Factory-direct pricing, negotiated in Chinese, shown to you in full.

Our Guangzhou negotiators speak to the factory in their own language, know the fair market rate for your product and secure factory-direct pricing, sensible MOQs and milestone payment terms. You see the before and after quotes. Typical results: 10–20% off the first quote and MOQs cut by a third to a half.

What's included

What our price negotiation service covers.

Benchmark pricing

We know what the same product costs at three other factories in the cluster, so we negotiate from data rather than hope.

MOQ reduction

First orders rarely need the factory’s standard MOQ. We negotiate trial quantities and stepped pricing for the reorder.

Payment terms

We push for 30% deposit and balance against a passed pre-shipment inspection, not 50/50 or 100% up front.

Bilingual contract

A purchase agreement in Chinese and English covering specs, tolerances, packaging, penalties and the golden sample.

Hidden-cost removal

Tooling, packaging, testing and inland freight are itemised so the unit price is the unit price.

The quotes, side by side

Marketplace quote, first factory quote and negotiated price in one sheet. You decide.

How it works

Four steps, no surprises.

  1. 01

    Set the targets

You give us the target unit cost, acceptable MOQ and payment terms you can live with.

  2. 02

    Benchmark

We price the product across comparable factories so we know where the floor really is.

  3. 03

    Negotiate

Our Chinese-speaking team negotiates price, MOQ, terms and tooling directly with the factory’s owner or sales director.

  4. 04

    Lock it in

A bilingual contract captures specs, tolerances and milestones before any deposit moves.

Pricing

What it costs.

Negotiation is charged as a flat fee for a defined product and factory, or as an agreed share of the documented saving against the factory’s first written quote. Both are set before we start. Because we show you every quote, you can verify the saving yourself. Negotiation is included when you book an end-to-end project with us.

Who it's for

When you need this.

When it fits

You found the factory yourself

You have a quote from Alibaba or a trade fair and suspect it is 15% too high. It usually is.

When it fits

Your MOQ is too high to test

The factory wants 1,000 units and you want to test 300. That is a negotiation, not a dead end.

When it fits

You are paying 50% or more up front

Deposit structure is the single biggest lever on your risk, and factories move on it when asked properly.

Questions

Common questions.

Anything else, ask on WhatsApp. A human answers, in English, in Guangzhou time.

On a typical consumer product the negotiated factory-direct price lands 10–20% below the first quote, and MOQs often drop by a third to a half. Results depend on the product, order size and how far the first quote was from market.
Yes. Renegotiating a reorder or an annual contract with an existing factory is common, especially when raw material prices have fallen or your volume has grown.
No. Chinese factories expect negotiation and respect buyers who know the market. A professional negotiation in their language usually strengthens the relationship.
Then you have learned the quote was fair, or that this factory is the wrong fit. We tell you which and, if needed, source an alternative.
